Russian Olive Forest Honey

This rare honey is collected from the fragrant blossoms of Russian Olive trees that thrive along the riverbanks and open fields of Chitral, a region nestled in the Hindu Kush Mountains. Blooming for only 10 to 15 days from late spring to early summer, the Russian Olive provides a brief and delicate window for harvest, resulting in honey that is truly seasonal and distinctive.

Raw, unfiltered, and cold-extracted, this honey retains its natural enzymes, antioxidants, and rich aromatic profile. Harvested using traditional, sustainable methods, it is prized for its smooth texture and mellow floral sweetness with subtle earthy undertones.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Crystallization is a natural process that occurs in raw, unfiltered honey and is a sign of purity. To return it to a liquid state, place the jar in warm water and stir gently.
