At The Northern Farms, we deal in natural, perishable products. Therefore, we offer a more practical alternative to standard return or exchange services.
Open parcel delivery
Our “open parcel delivery” service allows you to open and inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any quality concerns or damage upon arrival, you may simply refuse to accept the package.
We value your feedback. If you reject your order due to a valid issue with the product, please email us at hello@thenorthernfarms.pk or WhatsApp us at +92 303 2884281 so we can improve and address your concern.
Refund & Exchange for Prepaid Orders
If your order was prepaid but wasn’t accepted due to a quality issue, an exchange will be initiated within 1–2 days of receiving the returned package, while refunds will be processed within 3–7 days.
Please note: Delivery charges will be deducted for returned orders
Returns Due to Incorrect/Incomplete Address or Change of Mind
For Prepaid Orders:
50% of the prepaid amount will be deducted.
If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) for your next order, you will need to pay Rs. 1000 as a security deposit.
For Cash on Delivery Orders:
You will be required to pay Rs. 1000 as a security deposit on your next order.
Since our products are perishable, this policy helps us minimize losses. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, The Northern Farms offers free shipping on all orders.
Do you offer open parcel delivery?
Yes. Our customers can inspect the contents of the package before making payment. If they find any issue with the shipment, they can simply refuse to receive the order.
How long does delivery take?
We are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 4 PM or on weekends are processed on the next business day. Our nationwide delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
How should I take The Northern Farms’ Shilajit, and when is the best time to consume it?
Take a pea-sized amount (300–350 mg) once a day. Dissolve it in warm water, milk, or tea, or drizzle over food. Stir well and consume slowly. The general recommendation is to consume it in the morning on an empty stomach. For more specific usage recommendations, please refer to the booklet included in our Shilajit box.
