Refund Policy

At The Northern Farms, we deal in natural, perishable products. Therefore, we offer a more practical alternative to standard return or exchange services.

Open parcel delivery option

Our “open parcel delivery” service allows you to open and inspect your package at the time of delivery. If you notice any quality concerns or damage upon arrival, you may simply refuse to accept the package.

We value your feedback. If you reject your order due to a valid issue with the product, please email us at hello@thenorthernfarms.pk or WhatsApp us at +92 303 2884281 so we can improve and address your concern.

Refund & Exchange for Prepaid Orders

If your order was prepaid but wasn’t accepted due to a quality issue, an exchange will be initiated within 1–2 days of receiving the returned package, while refunds will be processed within 3–7 days.

Please note: Although we offer free delivery on shilajit or orders above 2KG, delivery charges will be deducted for returned orders.

Returns Due to Incorrect/Incomplete Address or Change of Mind

For Prepaid Orders:

  • 50% of the prepaid amount will be deducted.
  • If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD) for your next order, you will need to pay Rs. 1000 as a security deposit.

     

For Cash on Delivery Orders:

  • You will be required to pay Rs. 1000 as a security deposit on your next order.

Since our products are perishable, this policy helps us minimize losses. Thank you for your understanding.
