- Order Acceptance & Payment
An order is considered accepted only after payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation from us. For Cash on Delivery (COD), acceptance is conditional on verification and delivery availability.
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, inaccurate information, or issues with payment or delivery address.
- Shipping & Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within the timeframes listed on our website or social media channels. However, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we are not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from delayed delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in deductions or future deposit requirements, especially for perishable items such as Shilajit, honey, and dry fruits.
- Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer standard return or exchange services. However, we offer an “open parcel delivery” option that allows customers to open and inspect their packages upon delivery.
